• Prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or other supplier-imposed fees.
• Customers must ensure they have the required travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, for their destination country.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized agents.
• As per the package terms, a deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other specified digital payment methods.
• Any outstanding balances must be settled before the tour commencement date.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customer cancellations are subject to the specific package’s cancellation policy.
• Stanley Tours reserves the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or low participation. In such cases, no refund or alternative travel arrangements will be offered.

4. Liabilities and Responsibilities

• Stanley Tours acts only as an intermediary for travel services and is not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, or changes caused by third-party providers.
• Customers are responsible for securing their own travel insurance to cover risks such as medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost baggage.
• The traveler is responsible for any loss, damage, or delay of personal belongings.

5. Code of Conduct

• Travelers must adhere to local laws and customs while on tour.
• Stanley Tours reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in illegal activities, misconduct, or behavior that disrupts the tour experience.

6. Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed by the laws of DE, USA.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of DE, USA.
• Customers agree to comply with all applicable international travel regulations and guidelines.

7. Amendments to Terms

• Stanley Tours reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions anytime. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

The proposal above is for reference only, and prices are subject to change at the time of booking.

Rates are subject to change on blackout dates, during conventions, and on weekend nights in Las Vegas and Niagara Falls, unless otherwise noted.

The client is responsible for reviewing the proposal and identifying any missing services or discrepancies. Please verify the inclusions, as additional items can only be provided at extra cost.

Please note that rates are based on the quoted group size; if the group size changes, the rates will be adjusted accordingly.

FOC for Tour Leader does not include primary attraction tickets, unless otherwise specified

Tips are mandatory for drivers in the USA; a minimum of $5.00 per person per day is expected and should be settled with the driver.

For FIT Query- No Resort Fees/Destination Fees of any hotel are included in the proposal.

Booking Terms, Payment Terms, Airline Terms and General Terms & condition will be given upon confirmation of the Query.
